Insurer says market can expect 'improvements over the coming weeks'

At the end of January, COVER reported that advisers were avoiding the Zurich platform due to long waits offline. Adviser firm London & Country Mortgages has today confirmed that it has decided to suspend recommending Zurich protection products to its customers. "This decision has not been made lightly as our aim is to offer a wide and comprehensive range of protection options to our customers," said Lucy Brown, head of protection sales.
