The Exeter appoints Chris Pollard as COO

Chris Pollard will start the role of chief operating officer (COO) in March 2019, subject to regulatory approval. As a consultant, his clients have included EY, LV= and Prudential in recent years and he also served as chief underwriter at Bupa and head of underwriting, claims and operations, at Friends Life (which is now part of Aviva).
