Real-time technology to support UK insurance, health, care and dental services

Bupa UK has agreed a four-year partnership with Kantar TNS worth £2.5m to help develop its customer experience (CX) programme. The contract will see the technology provider work across Bupa's insurance, health services, clinics and centres (including Bupa Cromwell Hospital), care services (care homes and retirement villages) and dental care businesses to develop customer feedback and engagement tools.
