Live webchat alternative to talking on the phone

Online counselling has been added to AXA PPP healthcare's employee assistance programme (EAP) offering, which will be available to large corporates and SMEs from 10 December. Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, the live webchat service for smart phones, tablet or desktops will let employees discuss mental wellness issues privately and confidentially in real-time with a qualified counsellor.
