Tracey Garrad will join AXA UK and Ireland as AXA PPP healthcare CEO. Keith Gibbs has announced he is stepping down from the role at the end of 2018 due to retirement after joining as CEO in 2001. Garrad joins from HSBC and will official start the post on 7 January 2019. Most recently she was CEO of HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man and prior to that served as CEO of First Direct. She will join the management committee of AXA UK & Ireland (subject to regulatory approval).
