British Friendly rolls out Immediate Support Payment

Income protection mutual British Friendly Society has confirmed the full-time integration of its Immediate Support Payment (ISP) initiative following a six-month trial. ISPs allow British Friendly to start making claim payments at end of deferred period whether supporting evidence has been received or not, allowing customers to receive immediate financial support while claims process is ongoing.
