Claims paid on average 28 days earlier and faster using DocuSign e-forms

Income protection mutual British Friendly Society has confirmed the full-time integration of its Immediate Support Payment (ISP) initiative following a six-month trial. ISPs allow British Friendly to start making claim payments at end of deferred period whether supporting evidence has been received or not, allowing customers to receive immediate financial support while claims process is ongoing. During the six-month trial, the initiative saw British Friendly pay out nearly £10,000 in ISPs and its members receive payments on average 28 days earlier than usual - £425 was the average pay...
