77% of employees more productive due to flexible working

Employees working from home less stressed than in cubicles or open plan offices

According to research by Canada Life Group Insurance, three in 10 employees (30%) are less productive at work due to high workloads and pressure to perform, a statistic that equates to an estimated 9.7 million people if applied to the UK as a whole. In comparison, 24% said that they were affected by personal reasons.
