SAMI Consulting sets out response to Green Paper vision

SAMI Consulting has called for a greater government focus on rehab, good communication and the protection needs of the self-employed in its Green Paper wishlist.

In a response to the government's Green Paper, Work, health and disability green paper: improving lives, SAMI Consulting also called for an improvement in the interaction between the state welfare system and insurance.  The paper was co-authored by SAMI Consulting's Richard Walsh and Alan Woods, as part of the Resilient Households Project, under the auspices of the Income Protection Task Force.  Communications One of SAMI Consulting's recommendations is for income protection providers to establish a new programme to communicate the product's features in clear and simple language. ...
