Bupa appoints Perry as UK CEO

Bupa has appointed Alex Perry as CEO of Bupa Insurance, leading Bupa's regulated insurance business in the UK.

Perry said: "I am thrilled to become Bupa Insurance's CEO. Investing in our own and our family's health has never been so important, particularly at a time when the NHS is under so much pressure." Perry was previously general manager at Bupa. He will report to David Hynam, who became managing director of Bupa UK earlier this month. Perry added:"Bupa's success since its formation nearly 70 years ago rests on our absolute focus on our customers.
