Standard Life offers CD Rom to help interpret FSA rules

Standard Life Healthcare has developed a CD Rom which examines the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) Insurance Conduct of Business rules in the hope that it will help advisers selling private medical insurance (PMI) plans. The firm's decision to create a CD Rom comes in response to several requests made by the IFA community for help when interpreting the FSA rules, and in particular, how to apply them when dealing with clients. The guide covers areas such as advising and selling, product disclosure, financial promotions, complaints handling and claims.
