Almost 200 delegates specialising in protection business attended this year's London COVER Forum, despite an untimely tube strike. However, advisers unable to attend the event on the day because of transport problems can view the presentations via the IFAonline webstream service.
The conference, supported by the industry's top providers, included speeches on the future of the protection and health insurance markets, maximising sales of business protection, developments in underwriting, updates on the critical illness market and Inheritance Tax planning.
