Pivotal Growth has acquired Solihull-based mortgage and protection broker, Xact Mortgages, which will join Pivotal’s existing New Build division.
Xact Mortgages was founded in 2007 by Jeremy Brown, comprising a team of seven advisers and relationships with developers across the Midlands and the wider UK. The business has reportedly experienced strong growth, according to Pivotal, driven by new contract wins and by expanding existing relationships in the New Build sector. Pivotal Growth said the acquisition supports its growth strategy and enhances its presence in the sector.
