'Fully functional' technology solution allows employees to engage with options all in one place

Risk solutions provider Aon has created an app for employees to access and manage all their benefits via a smartphone - the ‘first' of its kind, according to the firm. The Aon App, which uses fingerprint or facial recognition technology, provides total reward statements through to full benefits enrolment to users regardless of location. Employers can direct campaigns tailored to employees in a way that reflects the growing trend in the industry towards consumer-style engagement, while employees can interact with their offering, which includes third-party benefits such as personalised ...
