AXA PPP healthcare has launched a tiered range of health plans to help companies boost workforce health and wellbeing. Realise Health Plans combine online health profile assessments with telephone coaching to help employees manage their health risks. Provided by LiveSmart - a company regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) - assessments include blood tests to check major body organ function and the online health profile is used to monitor areas such as nutrition, physical activity, weight, sleep, smoking, drinking, stress, mood and medical history.
