Most diverse workplaces 45% more likely to financially outperform industry average than least diverse workplaces

Bupa has announced corporate membership of EMpower and OUTstanding in order to help drive diversity inside its own ranks. As a result all its employees will have access to a suite of programmes, events and training on issues such as ethnic minority integration and LGBT inclusion, and the unique challenges faced by these communities within the workplace.   According to research undertaken by INvolve and Cebr (2018), the most diverse workplaces are 45% more likely to financially outperform their industry average than the least diverse workplaces.
