Legal & General's newly launched critical illness upgrade option (CIx), available via intermediaries, will allow advisers to offer extensive CIC along with a range of added benefits. Including Legal & General's standard CIC (41 conditions including 36 payment conditions and two additional payment conditions), CIx supports a total of 95 selected conditions.
