COVER is pleased to announce the launch of an exclusive new set of awards, The Customer Care Awards, which seeks to recognise exceptional service from protection and private medical insurance insurers.
We decided to launch this new event as a standalone set of awards, with 15 brand new categories. It will be hosted in the afternoon on Friday 19th May 2017 at Le Meridien Piccadilly, London. The new awards have been designed to complement the annual COVER Excellence Awards which take part every October. We are now pleased to announce that voting is now open!
