Canada Life's acquistion of Royal & Sun Alliance's group risk business has completed. Canada Life now has a 30% share of group life business and a 21.5% share of group income protection business in the UK. Tom Cocoran, managing director of group insurance at Canada Life, said: 'The company will be positioned to offer both existing and future clients a wider choice of products, supported by a more comprehensive service model.'
