EIS becomes latest GRiD member

Industry body Group Risk Development (GRiD) has announced digital insurance platform provider, EIS, as its latest member.

With the aim of working with other GRiD members, EIS stated it "hopes to benefit" from participation in the group in terms of "the opportunity for net new growth". Jonathan Phillips, protection market lead at EIS, said: "The UK group protection space has huge potential but there is a need for technology and automation to create efficiencies particularly within smaller schemes. "We hope joining GRiD will open doors and increase potential in both directions."
