LV= appoints Clive Bolton as MD for life and pensions

Clive Bolton is replacing John Perks as managing director, life and pensions, for LV=. Currently a consultant with the International Longevity Centre and a non-executive member of the Civil Service Pension Scheme and Advisory Board, Bolton spent 11 years at Aviva Life UK, where he was managing director of retirement solutions for five years. He will start with immediate effect (subject to regulatory approval), while Perks joins the Police Mutual Group as chief executive in April.
