Five markets analysed for 'Benefits and Trends Survey 2018'

Of five sectors compared as part of Aon Employee Benefits' ‘Benefit and Trends Survey 2018', law and professional services reported the highest level of employee stress and mental health-related illnesses but lowest budget allocated to workplace health and wellness programmes. According to the research, employers in the legal and professional services sector reported an 82% increase in mental health-related illness in their workforce, compared to the technology sector where more than three quarters (78%) of firms noticed a rise.
