LGBT staff name Aviva top employer

Aviva is the only insurance firm to make this year's Top 100 Employers list, released today by lesbian, gay, bi and trans equality charity, Stonewall.

Stonewall's Top 100 Employers is the definitive list showcasing the best employers for LGBT staff and is compiled from submissions to the Workplace Equality Index, a benchmarking tool used by employers to create inclusive workplaces. Aviva came in at 39, climbing seven places from 46 in 2016. Organisations across England, Scotland and Wales also featured in the Index. Aviva is a member of TeamPride, a coalition of global organisations who support Stonewall's Rainbow Laces campaign, which promotes LGBT inclusion and equality for LGBT players and fans in sport.
