Purchasing protection insurance on cost alone is a risky business. Deepak Jobanputra looks at the factors that add real value

Due to the inherent complexity of protection products it can often be difficult when comparing two products and the temptation might be to select the cheaper. While the products may seem similar on the face of it, there is likely to be a good reason why one is cheaper than the other. Cost is only an issue in the absence of value.
