The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has made three new appointments to its Professional Standards Committee, which forms part of the trade body's wider governance structure. The committee was formed to oversee and support professional competence and ethical behaviour across the CII's membership. It predominantly provides independent guidance on accountability, transparency and consumer representation for the institute.
