When I tell friends and relatives that it has been an exciting year for critical illness insurance they look at me sadly and shake their heads. "How can critical illness insurance be exciting?" One of them countered. Maybe I should revert to my prosaic norm but, for this end of year round-up, you will have to excuse the child-like exhilaration.
