The COVER Customer Care Awards 2026 are open for entry, seeking to recognise the best and brightest providers in protection and health.

This year will be critical for providers to serve customers by broadening terms, adding new services, improving service levels and focusing on vulnerable customers, among other factors. These awards look to set a new benchmark for insurers and third parties in the space by recognising the firms at the top of their game over the last 12 months. The awards comprise of 12 categories aimed at organisations and four open to individual applicants, ranging from Outstanding Protection and Health Leader and our new Rising Star award.
