In early 2014, I wrote an article in COVER asking what services insurers should be offering. I also suggested that advisers had a consulting opportunity in reviewing and recommending the very best service supplier for each area from the plethora available. So how many advisers are offering this? With PMI, Risk and general insurers all offering EAPs and stress helplines how many of you actually have a consulting offering that is routinely offered to organisations?
