The five year contract will more than double the adviser's staff, creating 26 new jobs in addition to the current 19 at the firm, which was founded in 2010.
The new arrangement will take effect from January 2012 and has been driven by demand from Emma's Diary customers for life insurance products.
Moorhouse founder and chairman Lyndon Wood said: "It's great to partner with a resource like Emma's Diary which provides all the advice mothers need through pregnancy and how to give their children the best start in life.
"Moorlife launched to satisfy growing demand from our parent Moorhouse's general insurance clients for life products.
"This helped to prove the initial concept, which in turn has led Moorlife to grow beyond that into new markets.
Winning the Emma's Diary contract means we are now in an ideal position to scale the business further."
