Morgan Ash announces Supplementary Interview service

Morgan Ash has launched a Supplementary Tele-Interview service, designed to allow underwriters who need further evidence on a case to obtain it quickly in a secure manner.

The service is live, and is now being extended to any Company on a pay per use basis, with no set up fee and no minimal fee. Companies just need to register to obtain a log-in.

Missing information, that would otherwise delay cases going on risk, may include: insufficient detail from the original application process; the applicant waiting for test or scan results; declarations of health forms required due a long delay between application and the case going on cover or applicants increasing cover or changing product options.

The list of types of interviews is being extended, as more types are requested.

Morgan Ash said, due to the relatively small volumes of these cases, it is not cost beneficial for individual companies to invest in technology solutions, and writing the scripts for these cases
