Entries are now open for the inaugural Rehabilitation First Awards, taking place on 25 May 2005, at London's Kensington Olympia.
The four awards up for grabs this year are: case manager of the year, best rehabilitation project, rehabilitation provider of the year and outstanding individual achievement. The ceremony will follow the Rehabilitation First conference that takes place earlier in the day. Entrants should send an entry statement of no more than 500 words along with supporting information by Monday 18 April.
