A new group PMI scheme with no age-related premium increases is to be launched by Healthcare4Life.

Unlike other schemes on the market, the age cap means that groups will only have to pay inflationary increases on premiums. The scheme also allows employees to switch to an individual product, with applications taking into consideration the age of the client when they first entered the group scheme.

A total of four protection levels will be available on the scheme, with benefits including eye tests for employees and a staff helpline offering counselling for conditions such as stress.

Hazel Berril, managing director of Healthcare4Life, said: "We really feel that this product is unique as it is the first group scheme to have no age-related premium increases. The four protection levels cater for all needs, from a company wanting to protect its business to a benefits package with full refunds."

IFAs wishing to find out more about the scheme can call 0238 0027 4004.
