Canada Life revamps CLASS and adds browser compatibility

clock

Canada Life Group Insurance has re-launched its ‘Canada Life Automated Self Service' (CLASS) in order to improve the user experience.

The system has also been upgraded so CLASS is now compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 & 11 as well as other browsers including Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox.

Paul Avis, Marketing Director at Canada Life Group Insurance, comments: "As with many significant IT investments, the scope of the change quickly moved and while we started from a position of improving the look and feel of CLASS, we also found additional functionality was available through different browsers.

"We now see e-linkage as the next step as we seek to maximise the ‘once in a business lifetime' opportunity for Group Risk to grow on the back of pensions automatic enrolment."

As Canada Life is the largest group risk provider by market share, employer schemes and employees covered, 6% of all schemes in the group risk market are now transacted on CLASS.
