Three in 10 employees under 30 say workplace makes it difficult to maintain mental health
As winter draws to a close, research by Canada Life has suggested that 55% of workers under the age of 30 are more stressed during the winter months, while 29% are more likely to be depressed (compared to 49% and 21% of all employees).
