Mental health is the most targeted area but there has been little change since 2017
Aon's Benefit and Trends Survey 2019 has found that 11% of employers have strategies to target cancer risks, 9% have strategies to tackle heart conditions and 21% have initiatives in place to treat musculoskeletal conditions.
