Estate administration services and practical guide to bereavement for relatives

Aviva has introduced a digital toolkit to assist family members with the administration of a deceased's estates alongside a practical guide for all new and existing ‘Life Insurance+' and ‘Whole of Life Insurance+' customers. Bereavement counselling through face-to-face or telephone support and advance payments for funerals already existed as part of the policies, however the additional services focus on providing practical, legal and financial assistance to bereaved families.
