December brought the inaugural Women in Protection Conference at the Pacific Life Re offices, which I was extremely honoured to host. Organised by the Women In Protection Network, founded by British Friendly's Emma Thomson, the programme formed a narrative exploring the unique protection needs of females in society, consumer perception and improving customer engagement through to the impact of the claim, with some useful discussion about mental health - and imposter syndrome - thrown in. ...
