Offering broadened, changes to terms & conditions and policy options increased

Ellipse has announced that its ‘sick pay' group income protection (GIP) proposition is available to employers with two or more employees and the ability to provide flexible benefits has been added. The proposition, which includes an employee assistance programme (EAP), day one early intervention and vocational rehabilitation, is now available to larger employers, with no maximum. Other changes include a lump sum payment option following a limited term, a higher maximum benefit, more options when covering pension scheme contributions and greater flexibility to accommodate different state ...
