Employee benefits for small-to-medium-sized firms out outweighed by those of larger firms, senior managers believe
A study by MetLife UK has found that almost two out of three (63%) of SME bosses are worried that their staff face an employee benefits protection gap, compared to those offered by bigger companies. The research, which surveyed 508 senior decision makers at SMEs (50 to 299 staff), also revealed that executives at larger firms (71%) are most concerned.
