Data from Unum has indicated that its rehabilitation services helped nine out of 10 people back into work within six months in 2017, with 71% of group income protection claimants doing so after a period of long-term absence for injury or illness. The stat is the employee benefits provider's highest percentage since it started publishing figures in 2015.
