Support and training to help employers and their employees manage mental health

Employee benefits provider Unum has launched a Mental Health Pathway early intervention service to help employers and their employees manage mental health issues as soon as they are raised. The service is designed to provide specialist support in order to prevent a mental health problem from escalating and becoming more serious, leading to prolonged time off work.
