Workplace presenteeism has risen from 26% in 2010 to 86% in 2018, while ‘leaveism' - people working while on annual leave - has also become a problem for 69% of organisations over the past 12 months, the latest Health and Wellbeing at Work report from CIPD and Simplyhealth has found.
