Tait [pictured] has over 15 years' experience in the UK and Ireland protection market and joined Pacific Life Re in 2011 as head of protection marketing. He is the Chair of the CMI Assurances Committee and Deputy Chair of the CMI. McAleese has over 20 years' experience in the UK insurance and reinsurance industry and has been instrumental in growing our Longevity business since he joined Pacific Life Re in 2005.
