Protection Review 2015: John Ritchie named 'Personality of the Year'

John Ritchie, CEO of Ellipse won Personality of the Year at the Protection Review 2015 awards, while the lifetime achievement award went to John Pollock, formerly of Legal & General.

Roy McLoughlin, partner at Master Adviser, won Individual Protection Adviser of the Year, with Alan Lakey, senior partner at Highclere and Tom Conner, director of Drewberry Insurance both being highly commended. 

Protection Intermediary of the year was won by London & Country, while Pink were highly commended.

Health Insurance adviser of the year was won by Regency Health, with Brian Waters accepting the prize.

The innovation award was won by UnderwriteMe, with highly commended awards for both Vitality and LV=.

Underwriter of the year was won by Aegon, with highly commended going to both Legal & General and LV=.

Organisation of the Year was won by Vitality.
