SMEs vote PMI as 'most valued benefit'

Half (48%) of SME employees have voted for private medical insurance as their top most valued workplace benefit, according to Ellipse.

Just over a third (37%) voted for life insurance, making it the 2nd most valued overall. In addition, the report found that critical illness took third place with 31% of employees voting it in their top three. The survey of 1,005 UK SME employees, conducted by digital group risk insurer Ellipse in October 2016, found that health and financial benefits are the most sought after workplace benefits by employees.
