Bright Grey has won the title of Employer of the Year at this year's National Business Awards for Scotland.

The awards , held in Glasgow, celebrate the success of innovative, ethical and resilient businesses. Bright Grey beat off competition from a strong cast of nine finalists to win the sought-after award, awarded to the organisation that can best demonstrate how it has applied its human and supporting resources to achieve commercial success.

Gordon Watson, Operations Director at Bright Grey said:"The award is testament to a real team effort and input from colleagues across the Royal London Group who have helped us deliver innovative programmes like 'walking in their shoes', where staff spend time experiencing other roles in different teams to deepen their understanding of colleagues' roles, to initiatives like inviting IFAs to deliver training sessions to our staff, to ensure that our people are fully aware of the needs of our customers and have an understanding of the ideal customer experience."
