ALC unveils global medical agreement; ALC World
ALC Health has launched a partnership with HTH Worldwide providing access for its members to doctors and hospitals in 180 countries.
Called ALC World it also includes access to HTH's mobile and online medical assistance tools which allow travellers to search for and access medical providers around the globe.
The international private medical insurer's clients can use the technology to map doctors, hospitals and pharmacies, as well as translate brand names of medications and key medical terms and phrases.
The service is available across all mobile phone networks including iPhone and Blackberry.
