FM: Tell me why Royal London decided to launch this product? DK: We are very excited about this launch. We have always said we would focus on ensuring those that needed protection cover the most, could access affordable cover and improve the customer journey. We knew from our research with advisers and customers that many felt obtaining cover for those with Diabetes was ‘tortuous' at times.
